So what has been going on exactly? Well, two years ago I started my program in Industrial Design engineering. So basically design... and tons of math and physics! During the school year, life revolves around going to school for the day, fitting in a workout, studying intensely at night, sleep, rinse and repeat. However the blog and mobiles had always been in the back of my mind and I've always wanted to get back to creating. So after finally getting back from a mini vacation to Gothenburg, a one week visit with my sister, and general winding down from school, I finally feel ready to start again.
That being said, I can say I'm really excited to share with you where I'm headed in my designs next. Through my school program I've learned a lot of new techniques and machinery that I have been able to use to develop my art. I have also been able to sneak my mobiles into some of my school projects!
Besides from the never ending school work, there has occasionally been time for travelling, ranging from London to New Orleans. I have come across many unique pieces of art work and sculpture, which I intend to share here as well. Now I'm kicking myself for not coming back here sooner...
P.S.- I just realised that this shirt is telling me to keep calm in particular.. hopefully I can survive the coming semester and keep up sculpting...
